All I know How to Be Is Me

1 Corinthians 12:18 (NIV)

"But in fact, God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be."

All I know how to be is me

This is an irreversible fact you see

I cannot think the way you do,

Because I am me, not you

I am myself and I and happy with that

My life is on a different track

Not better or worse if that is what you think.

Because I like a different drink

I like different colors and different prints

Different places and different scents

My ideas are different as you can see

It is because I am not you but me.
